Our Kitchen
Our 14000 sqft state of the art central kitchen is based in Thanisandara, North Bengaluru, close to Manyata Tech Park. We are an ISO 22000 & HACCP certified kitchen with 10 Cold Rooms for maintaining Food Quality and Hygiene. All our colleagues and FOSTROC trained in Food safety and hygiene. All our food is cooked in RO water from our in house RO Plant. A large part of our water comes from Rain Water Harvesting. We have all requisite operational licenses & permissions required to operate.
